Growing up in New England, Gerard got to see many different styles of homes, all of which had a unique family to live in them. He understands the unique factors in every client he works with and keeps that in line with their needs throughout the whole process.
After moving to Tennessee at the beginning of 2017, it was clear Gerard needed to incorporate these approaches into his real estate business and became a part of The Luxe Collective. Being on this team has helped fuel my drive to continually learn and improve every day, and to ultimately use new skills to serve people in the middle TN market.
